Promigas S.A. E.S.P., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the exploitation, exploration, purchase, transportation, distribution, and sale of natural gas, oil, and hydrocarbons in Colombia. It constructs and develops gas transportation infrastructure projects; provides liquefied and compressed natural gas; and distributes electric power. The company is also involved in non-bank financing; auto and energy cogeneration; hydrocarbon treatment; and construction of gas pipelines, as well as provision of energy services, such as photovoltaic solar energy, self-generation and co-generation with gas; and energy efficiency services. Promigas S.A. E.S.P. was incorporated in 1974 and is headquartered in Barranquilla, Colombia.
