Delivra Health Brands Inc., formerly Harvest One Cannabis Inc., is a Canada-based company that is engaged in the cannabis-infused and non-infused consumer packaged goods (CPG) provider. The Company develops and distributes health, wellness and self-care products with a market focus on solutions for sleeplessness and pain, resulting in the reduction of fatigue and anxiety. The Company owns and operates two subsidiaries: Dream Water Global and LivRelief. The Dream Water brand offers sleep aids in a variety of formats and formulations. Dream Water product produces single-serving 2.5 ounces (oz) liquid sleep shots, and sleep powder packets that consumers can take with or without water and gummies. Dream Water has one product line with three different delivery methods: liquid, powder and gummies. LivRelief brand offers topical creams. The LivRelief products are available in over 6,000 retail locations, including pharmacies, grocery chains and independent health food stores across Canada.
