The company offers Acetadote, an injection for the treatment of acetaminophen poisoning; Caldolor, an injection for the treatment of pain and fever; Kristalose, a prescription laxative oral solution for the treatment of constipation; Sancuso, a transdermal patch for the prevention of nausea and vomiting in patients receiving chemotherapy treatment; Vaprisol, an injection to raise serum sodium levels in hospitalized patients with euvolemic and hypervolemic hyponatremia; Vibativ, an injection for the treatment of certain bacterial infections, including hospital-acquired and ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia, as well as complicated skin and skin structure infections; and Tacilia, an oral capsule for the treatment of H. pylori infection. It also develops ifetroban, a product candidate that has completed Phase II clinical trials for the treatment of cardiomyopathy associated with Duchenne muscular dystrophy, hepatorenal syndrome, portal hypertension, aspirin-exacerbated respiratory disease, systemic sclerosis, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.
