Its Manono Northeast Project comprises two exploration permits, PR’s 15282 & 14537, and lies 7km northeast of the northern extension of the Manono pegmatites. Additionally, it has an option to acquire 100% of the Salt Wells Lithium Salt Wells Project property from Great Basin Oil LLC in Nevada. The company was formerly known as AJN Resources Inc. and changed its name to DRC Gold Corp. in January 2026. DRC Gold Corp. was incorporated in 2016 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
