Jan 22 (Reuters) - Australian shares are set to open flat on Wednesday as concerns over the spread of a new China virus are expected to weigh on investor sentiment.
The local share price index futures YAPcm1 fell 2 points, a 60.3-point discount to the underlying S&P/ASX 200 index .AXJO close. The benchmark fell 0.2% on Tuesday.
New Zealand's benchmark S&P/NZX 50 index .NZ50 fell 0.5% by 2103 GMT.
