Genmin Limited is an iron ore exploration and development company with a pipeline of projects in the Republic of Gabon, central West Africa. The Company holds a 100% interest in six exploration licenses covering approximately 5,270 square kilometers (km2). Its Baniaka Iron Ore Project (Baniaka) and the Bakoumba Iron Ore Project (Bakoumba) are located in south-east Gabon near the provincial city of Franceville where the Company has an extensive footprint and controls all acreage prospective for iron ore. Baniaka and Bakoumba represent a potential iron ore hub with 2,445km2 of landholding and 121 kilometers (kms) of iron mineralized strike, with only 13% drill tested with diamond drilling. Baniaka and Bakoumba are hosted in the Archean Chaillu Massif in southeast Gabon. The Company’s Minvoul/Bitam comprises the Minvoul and Bitam Licences covering an area of approximately 2,825 square kilometers. Minvoul/Bitam is hosted in the Archean North Gabon Massif in north Gabon.
