Tombstone Exploration Corporation is a mineral resource company in the exploration stage. The Company's primary focus of operation is the production of silver and gold, as well as additional base minerals, such as copper, lead and zinc. The Company's projects include Bonanza, Stardust and Tombstone. The Bonanza Project includes the Harquahala and Golden Eagle mines, located approximately eight miles south of Salome, Arizona, which covers approximately 2,656 acres. The Company holds the mineral rights to approximately 400 acres of Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lode claims, which includes the Stardust Mine in Yuma County Arizona, the Eagletail Mining District. The Stardust mine is a gold property. The Company holds the mineral rights to approximately 640 acres in the western Tombstone silver mining district. The town of Tombstone, Arizona is approximately 70 miles (110 kilometers (km)) southeast of Tucson and 24 miles (40 km) northwest of Bisbee, Arizona.
