Prospech Limited is a mining exploration company, which is focused on gold and silver exploration. It owns approximately six exploration licenses, covering approximately 204 square kilometers (km2) in Slovakia. Its exploration licenses include Hodrusa-Hamre exploration license; Nova Bana exploration license; Rudno exploration license; Pukanec exploration license; Jasenie exploration license, and Cejkov-Zemplin exploration license. Its Hodrusa-Hamre exploration license is located approximately 200 kilometers (km) east of Vienna, which is approximately 102 km2 and covers the majority of the Neogene Stiavnica Stratovolcano caldera within the Central Slovakian Volcanic Belt. The Nova Bana exploration license is located on the western flanks of the Stiavnica Strato Volcano within the Central Slovakian Volcanic Belt. The Jasenie exploration license is located approximately 90 square kilometers northeast of the Hodrusa-Hamre license area on the southern side of the Nizke Tatry mountains.
