It also offers property letting and investment, property management, real estate development, financial advisory and consultant, capital market infrastructure, and regulatory services; and listing and trading securities, licensing, market data, ancillary technology, and other services, as well as acts as a nominee. The company was formerly known as The Nigerian Stock Exchange. The Nigerian Exchange Group Plc was incorporated in 1960 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
