The company manages and executes engineering and construction contracting projects, including residential buildings, defense and security-sector projects, office buildings, industrial and commercial buildings, public buildings, campuses, and functional buildings. It also plans and executes national and municipal infrastructure projects, including railway transport infrastructure, seaports and airports, bridges, roads, and tunnels. Additionally, the company engages in the initiation, development, marketing, and sale of residential real estate and urban renewal projects, building residential housing units in Israel and abroad. It leases and manages office, commercial, and industrial complexes, and provides management and maintenance services. The company also executes electromechanical systems projects in air conditioning, cooling, electricity, and plumbing and installation. It participates in concession projects, including public-private partnership projects covering planning, financing, execution, and operation. Additionally, the company provides finishing works. It also offers workspace solutions under the Minrav Spaces brand and leases properties. Minrav Group Ltd was formerly known as Minrav Holdings Ltd and changed its name to Minrav Group Ltd in January 2021. Minrav Group Ltd was incorporated in 1969 and is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel.
