  • I read the reply report, and the references are very poor, for example the objection by the local residents is not documented in the September presentation as they claim it was. furthermore they have not specifies which page it was in the presentation and I looked for it and couldn't find it. the same with the German reports about the flow speed the Deakin achieve, the reference in German report of 850 pages wig no specific guidance to any page. the report was in German and I believe nobody will read it and we have to take the word. they could have easily reference it to a certain page and then we could translate it and see the conclusion. I'm far from being the specialist I'm just the referring Bester but the reply seems very poor
