HTL International Holdings Limited, an investment holding company, manufactures, imports, exports, and sells upholstered furniture. It operates through Sofa and Home Furnishing Retail segments. The Sofa segment is primarily involved in the original design manufacturing, selling, and distributing upholstered sofas. The Home Furnishing Retail segment provides home furnishing and design solutions through direct retailing or franchising. The company offers leather tanning and finishing services; provides cut and sew services for upholstery products; sells and distributes furniture and home furnishing products; acts as commission agent for upholstered furniture; manufactures and distributes fabric upholstered furniture; and wholesales upholstered furniture and home furnishings. It has operations in Europe, China, North America, Australia, New Zealand, rest of Asia, and other countries. The company operates through a network of 24 retail stores and 112 franchised outlets for home furnishing and design solutions. The company was formerly known as HWA Tai Lee and changed its name to HTL International Holdings Limited in October 2011. HTL International Holdings Limited was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Singapore. As of September 7, 2016, HTL International Holdings Limited operates as a subsidiary of Ideal Homes International Limited.
