Cuscapi Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company that is engaged in the provision of management services to its subsidiaries. The Company's segments include geographic locations, such as Malaysia, South East Asia and People's Republic of China, and business units, such as Operational Cost Centre and Group Corporate. Malaysia segment includes software development, the provision of remedial services for point of sales hardware and related software implementation in Malaysia. South East Asia segment includes the provision of point of sales and business management solutions in the South East Asia region other than Malaysia. People's Republic of China includes software development and the provision of business management solutions in the People's Republic of China. Operational Cost Centre segment provides the support services to all the customers for the Company and its subsidiaries. Group Corporate segment is involved in corporate services, and treasury functions.
