It also offers general consultancy services construction, environmental, and commercial service; and constructs and installs civil works, and industrial and urban infrastructure. In addition, the company invests in and develops projects in various fields, including wastewater and solid waste treatment systems; urban technical infrastructure systems; trading; producing and distributing portable water for urban and rural areas; exploiting resources of soil, water, sand, and stone; and investing, joint venture, associating, and contributing money for joint stock. Further, it is involved in the scientific research in protecting the environment. The company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Vung Tau, Vietnam.
