It also engaged in the real estate investment, development, leasing, and management activities; buys and sells real estate properties; and leases and manages third party properties. In addition, the company manufactured precast panels; and fabricates steel structures and profiles, as well as manufactured and transports ready mixed concrete. Further, it was involved in general trading; construction and building equipment trading and leasing; and international business, as well as offers building maintenance and cleaning, facilities management, and security services. The company was formerly known as Arab Technical Construction Company. Arabtec Holding PJSC was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
