The company was formerly known as Altinyag Madencilik ve Enerji Yatirimlari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and changed its name to Ruzy Madencilik ve Enerji Yatirimlari Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. in March 2025. The company was incorporated in 1962 and is based in Izmir, Turkey.
