Investing.com – Indonesia equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Mining, Miscellaneous Industry and Financials sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite rose 0.06%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Radana Bhaskara Finance Tbk (JK:HDFA), which rose 34.50% or 59 points to trade at 230 at the close. Asuransi Jasa Tania Tbk (JK:ASJT) added 25.00% or 195.00 points to end at 975.00 and Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk (JK:OKAS) was up 24.56% or 84 points to 426 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Express Transindo Utama Tbk (JK:TAXI), which lost 22.67% or 17 points to trade at 58 in late trade. Buana Finance Tbk (JK:BBLD) declined 20.98% or 129 points to end at 486 and Argha Karya Prima Ind Tbk (JK:AKPI) shed 16.94% or 155 points to 760.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 167 to 148 and 120 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.79% or 0.40 to $50.39 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.40% or 0.23 to hit $56.77 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.13% or 1.62 to trade at $1271.58 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.17% to 13504.5, while AUD/IDR fell 0.06% to 10495.00.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.10% at 93.86.
