* ANNOUNCES FINAL DIVIDEND OF 80 CENTS PER SHARE

* AS AT SEPT 30, COMMON EQUITY TIER 1 CAPITAL RATIO OF 10.67%

* WESTPAC ANNOUNCES FINAL ORDINARY DIVIDEND OF 80 CENTS PER SHARE, FULLY FRANKED

* FY CASH EARNINGS $6,849 MILLION VERSUS $8,065 MILLION

* FY GROUP NET INTEREST MARGIN 2.12% VERSUS 2.22%

* FY NET INTEREST INCOME $16,953 MILLION VERSUS $17,187 MILLION

* FY BANK LEVY $391 MLN (PRE-TAX), EQUIVALENT TO 8 CENTS PER SHARE

* COSTS SAW $405 MLN OF PRODUCTIVITY SAVINGS IN FY19, WHILE FULL TIME EQUIVALENT STAFF WAS REDUCED BY 5%
