Magmatic Resources Limited is an Australia-based mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on exploration and development of its gold and copper projects. Its projects include the Wellington North Project, Myall Copper-Gold Project and Parkes Project. The Wellington North Project covers the northern extension of the Molong Volcanic Belt, located approximately 110 kilometers (km) north. The Wellington North Project consists of three exploration licenses that surround the Boda discovery, covering approximately 177 square km. The Myall Copper-Gold Project covers the northern extension of the Junee-Narromine Volcanic Belt, located approximately 50 km north and along strike from the Northparkes copper-gold Mining District and covers approximately 245 square km. The Parkes Project consists of two exploration licenses located within the Parkes Fault Zone, located approximately 25 km south of Alkane's Tomingley Gold Operations.
