Kesar Enterprises Limited is engaged in the manufacture of sugar and its byproducts, and manufacture of alcohol and alcoholic beverages by distillation, including ethanol and generation of renewable power. It operates in four segments: Sugar, Power, Spirits and Agrotech. The Sugar division is engaged in the manufacture and sale of sugar and its by-products. The Spirits division is concerned with the manufacture and sale of alcohol and alcoholic beverages. The Power division is involved in the generation of power from bagasse. It is engaged in production of rectified spirit, extra neutral alcohol (ENA), Indian-made foreign liquor (IMFL), Country Liquor (CL) and carbon dioxide (CO2). Besides the Company's own IMFL bottling, it is also bottling IMFL brands of other distillery situated outside Uttar Pradesh. Its sugar factory is located at Baheri, District Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Its approximately 44 megawatts (MW) Bagasse-based Cogeneration Power Plant is located at Baheri.
