The company holds 100% interests in the Panteria Porphyry Gold - Copper Project that consists of 4 mineral concessions covering an area of 2,000 hectares in south-central Peru; Minas Visca project in northern Peru that covers an area of approximately 94 hectares; the Palta Dorada property, which covers an area of 1,200 hectares located in the Ancash Mining Department in northern Peru; and the Minas Yanayco, which covers an area of 500 hectares located in Ancash Department near the small town of Pueblo Libre. The company was formerly known as Duran Ventures Inc. and changed its name to Peruvian Metals Corp. in September 2018. Peruvian Metals Corp. was incorporated in 1997 and is based in Edmonton, Canada.
