June 21 (Reuters) - Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) CBA.AX said on Thursday the federal court had approved its settlement with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in relation to allegations it manipulated the bank bill swap rate (BBSW).
