Investing.com – Sweden equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Healthcare, Oil & Gas and Telecoms sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 fell 0.52% to hit a new 1-month low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were Kinnevik, Investment AB ser. B (ST:KINVb), which rose 1.11% or 3.0 points to trade at 273.1 at the close. H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb) added 0.44% or 0.9 points to end at 204.8 and AB SKF B (ST:SKFb) was up 0.27% or 0.5 points to 183.4 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb), which lost 7.49% or 11.9 points to trade at 147.0 in late trade. ASSA ABLOY AB ser. B (ST:ASSAb) declined 1.99% or 3.4 points to end at 167.4 and Fingerprint Cards AB ser. B (ST:FINGb) shed 1.81% or 0.31 points to 16.79.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 403 to 331 and 83 ended unchanged on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.44% or 0.25 to $56.92 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.28% or 0.18 to hit $63.75 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.85% or 10.90 to trade at $1276.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.10% to 9.7432, while USD/SEK fell 0.23% to 8.3585.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.12% at 94.31.
