Investing.com – Sweden equities were higher at the close on Friday, as gains in the Consumer Services, Consumer Goods and Telecoms sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Stockholm, the OMX Stockholm 30 added 0.01%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Stockholm 30 were H & M Hennes & Mauritz AB B (ST:HMb), which rose 2.11% or 2.8 points to trade at 134.6 at the close. Telia Company AB (ST:TELIA) added 1.03% or 0.43 points to end at 42.38 and Autoliv Inc . SDB (ST:ALIVsdb) was up 0.99% or 13.5 points to 1383.5 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Getinge AB ser. B (ST:GETIb), which lost 3.92% or 3.4 points to trade at 82.4 in late trade. Boliden AB (ST:BOL) declined 2.71% or 8.75 points to end at 314.05 and Fingerprint Cards AB ser. B (ST:FINGb) shed 1.96% or 0.12 points to 6.14.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 317 to 308 and 55 ended unchanged on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.64% or 0.42 to $65.53 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 1.16% or 0.90 to hit $76.42 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.01% or 0.10 to trade at $1302.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/SEK was down 0.01% to 10.2645, while USD/SEK rose 0.20% to 8.7171.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.12% at 93.54.
