Investing.com – Indonesia stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Basic Industry, Agriculture and Mining sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Jakarta, the IDX Composite Index gained 0.35%.
The best performers of the session on the IDX Composite Index were Lotte Chemical Titan Tbk (JK:FPNI), which rose 22.67% or 17 points to trade at 92 at the close. Meanwhile, Akasha Wira International Tbk (JK:ADES) added 17.35% or 170 points to end at 1150 and Tempo Inti Media Tbk (JK:TMPO) was up 16.92% or 11 points to 76 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk Pt (JK:BUKK), which fell 10.00% or 80 points to trade at 720 at the close. Tanah Laut Tbk (JK:INDX) declined 9.90% or 20 points to end at 182 and Duta Anggada Realty Tbk (JK:DART) was down 9.82% or 55 points to 505.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Jakarta Stock Exchange by 187 to 130 and 41 ended unchanged.
Shares in Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk Pt (JK:BUKK) fell to all time lows; falling 10.00% or 80 to 720. Shares in Tanah Laut Tbk (JK:INDX) fell to 52-week lows; down 9.90% or 20 to 182. Shares in Duta Anggada Realty Tbk (JK:DART) fell to 52-week lows; losing 9.82% or 55 to 505.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.01% or 0.01 to $42.55 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 0.28% or 0.14 to hit $47.42 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.32% or 3.60 to trade at $1126.20 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was up 0.20% to 14022.5, while AUD/IDR fell 0.40% to 10023.05.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.19% at 95.56.
