Investing.com – Indonesia equities were lower at the close on Thursday, as losses in the Property, Mining and Trade sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Jakarta, the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite fell 0.20%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Jakarta Stock Exchange Composite were Bintang Mitra Semestaraya Tbk (JK:BMSR), which rose 32.50% or 26.00 points to trade at 106.00 at the close. Yanaprima Hastapersada Tbk (JK:YPAS) added 24.38% or 195 points to end at 995 and Pudjiadi & Sons Tbk (JK:PNSE) was up 16.67% or 150 points to 1050 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Buana Finance Tbk (JK:BBLD), which lost 13.07% or 115 points to trade at 765 in late trade. Atlas Resources Tbk (JK:ARII) declined 10.59% or 36 points to end at 304 and Mandala Multifinance Tbk (JK:MFIN) shed 10.00% or 150 points to 1350.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 213 to 118 and 94 ended unchanged on the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for June delivery was up 0.69% or 0.35 to $51.20 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 0.77% or 0.41 to hit $53.34 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract fell 0.34% or 4.40 to trade at $1279.00 a troy ounce.
USD/IDR was down 0.21% to 13323.5, while AUD/IDR fell 0.46% to 9962.45.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.29% at 99.42.
