Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Friday, as losses in the Oil & Gas, Industrials and Personal & Household Goods sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 fell 0.11% to hit a new 1-month low.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN), which rose 1.62% or 5.6 points to trade at 351.3 at the close. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) added 1.14% or 2.80 points to end at 248.70 and Oersted A/S (CO:ORSTED) was up 1.01% or 3.40 points to 340.40 in late trade.
Biggest losers included AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa), which lost 3.31% or 360 points to trade at 10510 in late trade. AP Moeller - Maersk A/S B (CO:MAERSKb) declined 3.30% or 370 points to end at 10830 and Genmab (CO:GEN) shed 2.71% or 32.0 points to 1149.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 64 to 52 and 23 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.96% or 0.55 to $56.62 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.77% or 0.49 to hit $63.44 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.91% or 11.67 to trade at $1275.83 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.12% to 6.3846, while EUR/DKK fell 0.02% to 7.4405.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 94.34.
