Investing.com – Denmark equities were lower at the close on Wednesday, as losses in the Chemicals, Industrials and Consumer Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 lost 0.07%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA), which rose 3.35% or 18.5 points to trade at 571.0 at the close. GN Store Nord (CO:GN) added 1.36% or 2.9 points to end at 216.0 and TDC A/S (CO:TDC) was up 1.24% or 0.46 points to 37.47 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Genmab (CO:GEN), which lost 2.36% or 29.0 points to trade at 1202.0 in late trade. ISS A/S (CO:ISS) declined 1.05% or 2.50 points to end at 236.60 and Lundbeck A/S (CO:LUN) shed 0.94% or 3.3 points to 349.0.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 60 to 55 and 19 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for January delivery was up 1.46% or 0.83 to $57.66 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.59% or 0.37 to hit $62.94 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.78% or 10.05 to trade at $1291.75 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.51% to 6.3078, while EUR/DKK fell 0.01% to 7.4412.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.56% at 93.36.
