* HY UNDERLYING EARNINGS US$642 MILLION VERSUS US$544 MILLION

* HY REVENUE US$ 3,811 MILLION VERSUS US$3,494 MILLION

* RESOLVED TO PAY AN INTERIM DIVIDEND OF US 5.1 CENTS PER SHARE AND A SPECIAL DIVIDEND OF US 1.7 CENTS PER SHARE

* GROUP'S PRODUCTION VOLUMES ARE EXPECTED TO RISE BY 5% IN FY19 OR 7% ON A PER SHARE BASIS

* FY19 GUIDANCE FOR GROUP AND UNALLOCATED COSTS, EXCLUDING GREENFIELD EXPLORATION, IS UNCHANGED AT US$80M

* LOWERED FY19 GUIDANCE FOR SUSTAINING CAPITAL EXPENDITURE, INCLUDING EAI, BY US$30M TO US$545M.
