* AGREED FOR 3-YEAR PERIOD TO REMOVE OPEN ACCESS CONDITIONS FOR AAT'S APPLETON DOCK GENERAL CARGO FACILITY AT PORT OF MELBOURNE
* AAT MUST NOT LINK ITS SERVICES TO THE SHIPPING LINE USING QUBE ENTITIES
* PRICE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS & REGULAR AUDITING ALSO REMOVED FOR APPLETON DOCK FOR 3-YEAR PERIOD, WHICH STARTED ON 25 JUNE 2018
