In a momentous launch event, Apple Inc (NASDAQ:AAPL). introduced its extensive iPhone 15 lineup which includes the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.
The new models, priced starting from A$1,499 and A$1,849 respectively for standard and Pro versions, offer a blend of advanced features and innovative designs, targeting different segments of the smartphone market.
The Pro lineup is defined by its state-of-the-art aerospace-grade titanium finishes and the A17 Pro chip, setting a new industry standard.
For iPhone 15 Pro Max, a 5x Telephoto camera is included with the longest optical zoom of any iPhone ever to fit in its compact Pro camera system.
The standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus also offer a suite of innovations. Equipped with the A16 Bionic chip, a 48-megapixel main camera and an industry-first colour-infused back glass.
All models are available for pre-orders starting Friday, September 15, with official availability set for Friday, September 22.

Pro Models
iPhone 15 Pro is the first iPhone to feature an aerospace‑grade titanium design.

Standard models
Both the iPhones 15 and 15 Plus also come equipped with Dynamic Island and an advanced 48-megapixel (MP) main camera.
However, these models are kitted with only 2x Telephoto option, providing users with a total of three optical zoom levels
Still, "iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus represent a huge leap forward with exciting camera innovations," said Kaiann Drance, Apple's vice president of Worldwide iPhone Product Marketing.
Pricing
The standard models commence at a recommended retail price (RRP) of A$1,499, including GST, while the Pro models start at A$1,849.
Both lineups offer trade-in options, allowing credits ranging from A$300 to A$1,255 for customers with an iPhone 11 or later models.
