Investing.com – Colombia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Investment, Financials and Services sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP fell 0.19%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Isagen SA (CN:ISG), which rose 10.36% or 290.0 points to trade at 3090.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Celsia SA (CN:CEL) added 3.15% or 80.0 points to end at 2620.0 and Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp (CN:PRU) was up 2.20% or 80.0 points to 3710.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Grupo Aval Acciones Y Valores Pf (CN:GAA_p), which fell 2.71% or 30.0 points to trade at 1075.0 at the close. Grupo Inversiones Suramericana (CN:SIS) declined 1.62% or 560.0 points to end at 33940.0 and Banco De Bogota SA (CN:BBO) was down 1.35% or 780.0 points to 57020.0.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 18 to 11.
US coffee C for March delivery was up 1.41% or 1.65 to $119.08 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in March fell 1.61% or 52.00 to hit $3177.50 , while the February Gold contract fell 0.81% or 8.70 to trade at $1071.90 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 0.66% to 3308.00, while BRL/COP fell 0.06% to 829.32.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.22% at 98.22.
