Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the Agriculture & Food, Insurance and Industrial Investment sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share declined 2.16% to hit a new 3-years low.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were The Saudi British Bank (SE:1060), which rose 3.21% or 0.70 points to trade at 22.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Arab National Bank (SE:1080) added 2.57% or 0.55 points to end at 21.95 and Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co (SE:8290) was up 2.03% or 0.15 points to 7.55 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were National Agriculture Development Co (SE:6010), which fell 10.69% or 3.10 points to trade at 25.90 at the close. Almarai Company (SE:2280) declined 10.65% or 8.25 points to end at 69.25 and Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company (SE:6060) was down 10.22% or 5.10 points to 44.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 143 to 23.

Shares in Almarai Company (SE:2280) fell to 52-week lows; falling 10.65% or 8.25 to 69.25. Shares in Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company (SE:6060) fell to 3-years lows; down 10.22% or 5.10 to 44.80.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 1.16% or 0.39 to $32.88 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $33.55 a barrel, while the February Gold contract fell 0.35% or 3.90 to trade at $1103.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.04% to 4.1019, while USD/SAR fell 0.02% to 3.7530.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.16% at 98.45.
