Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Agriculture & Food, Financial Services and Retail sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 1.69%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Anaam International Holding Group (SE:4061), which rose 10.05% or 2.05 points to trade at 22.45 at the close. Meanwhile, Alkhaleej Training & Education Co (SE:4290) added 9.91% or 3.30 points to end at 36.60 and Saudi Fisheries Co. (SE:6050) was up 9.77% or 1.50 points to 16.85 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Tourism Enterprise Co. (SE:4170), which fell 4.24% or 1.60 points to trade at 36.10 at the close. Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (SE:8210) declined 2.02% or 2.25 points to end at 109.00 and Saudi Telecom (SE:7010) was down 1.86% or 1.25 points to 66.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 151 to 15.
Crude oil for February delivery was up 0.71% or 0.26 to $36.06 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February rose 0.11% or 0.04 to hit $36.39 a barrel, while the February Gold contract fell 0.04% or 0.40 to trade at $1080.20 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.31% to 4.1084, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7530.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.28% at 98.16.
