Investing.com – Saudi Arabia equities were lower at the close on Sunday, as losses in the Hotels & Tourism, Insurance and Financial Services sectors propelled shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 1.08%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Indian Company Insurance (SE:8110), which rose 5.53% or 0.65 points to trade at 12.40 at the close. BURUJ COOPERATIVE INSURANCE CO (SE:8270) added 4.31% or 0.75 points to end at 18.15 and Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (SE:7040) was up 3.39% or 0.100 points to 3.050 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Al Sagr Co-operative Insurance Co (SE:8180), which lost 9.42% or 3.10 points to trade at 29.80 in late trade. Solidarity Saudi Takaful Co (SE:8290) declined 9.22% or 0.65 points to end at 6.40 and Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311) shed 5.93% or 0.40 points to 6.35.
Declining stocks outnumbered rising ones by 128 to 30 and 11 ended unchanged on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.24% or 0.12 to $50.32 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.02% or 0.01 to hit $52.02 a barrel, while the December Gold contract fell 0.48% or 6.00 to trade at $1251.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.77% to 4.1154, while USD/SAR fell 0.00% to 3.7508.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.56% at 98.08.
