WELLINGTON, Nov 2 (Reuters) - New Zealand's near-term inflation expectations edged up in the fourth quarter, a central bank survey showed on Wednesday.
The quarterly survey of expectations done on behalf of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand (RBNZ) showed business managers forecast annual inflation to average 1.29 percent over the coming year, from 1.26 percent in the previous survey.
Two-year inflation expectations - seen as the time frame when RBNZ policy action will filter through to prices - rose to 1.68 percent from 1.65 percent.
