Investing.com – Colombia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Public Services, Investment and Financials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Colombia, the COLCAP rose 1.03%.
The best performers of the session on the COLCAP were Isagen SA (CN:ISG), which rose 9.56% or 270.0 points to trade at 3095.0 at the close. Meanwhile, Celsia SA (CN:CEL) added 4.26% or 160.0 points to end at 3915.0 and Cemargos (CN:CCB) was up 2.06% or 200.0 points to 9900.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Pacific Rubiales Energy Corp (CN:PRU), which fell 3.44% or 310.0 points to trade at 8700.0 at the close. Almacenes Exito SA (CN:IMI) declined 3.13% or 520.0 points to end at 16080.0 and Interconexion Electrica SA (CN:ISA) was down 2.43% or 170.0 points to 6830.0.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Colombia Stock Exchange by 17 to 12 and 1 ended unchanged.
US coffee C for December delivery was down 3.69% or 4.47 to $116.70 . Elsewhere in commodities trading, US cocoa for delivery in December rose 0.20% or 6.50 to hit $3265.00 , while the December Gold contract rose 0.68% or 7.50 to trade at $1109.50 a troy ounce.
USD/COP was down 2.01% to 3051.00, while BRL/COP fell 3.78% to 792.18.
The US Dollar Index was down 0.45% at 95.53.
