Investing.com – Denmark equities were higher at the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Software & Computer Services, Technology and Oil & Gas sectors propelled shares higher.
At the close in Copenhagen, the OMX Copenhagen 20 rose 0.02%.
The biggest gainers of the session on the OMX Copenhagen 20 were Genmab (CO:GEN), which rose 3.19% or 43.0 points to trade at 1390.0 at the close. William Demant Holding AS (CO:WDH) added 1.41% or 2.0 points to end at 143.7 and ISS A/S (CO:ISS) was up 1.37% or 3.70 points to 273.40 in late trade.
Biggest losers included Nets A/S (CO:NETS), which lost 3.50% or 4.30 points to trade at 118.50 in late trade. Pandora A/S (CO:PNDORA) declined 1.84% or 15.0 points to end at 800.0 and AP Moeller - Maersk A/S A (CO:MAERSKa) shed 1.09% or 120 points to 10880.
Advancing stocks outnumbered falling ones by 57 to 56 and 23 ended unchanged on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange.
In commodities trading, Crude oil for April delivery was down 1.48% or 0.80 to $53.25 a barrel. Meanwhile, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 1.38% or 0.78 to hit $55.64 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.05% or 0.65 to trade at $1258.15 a troy ounce.
USD/DKK was down 0.29% to 7.0003, while EUR/DKK rose 0.01% to 7.4337.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.26% at 100.88.
