In a report, Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation said that Canadian housing starts rose to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 210.2K, from 208.9K in the preceding month whose figure was revised up from 207.4K.
Analysts had expected Canadian housing starts to fall to 200.0K last month.
