LONDON, Sept 6 (Reuters) - Australia expects it will take years for Britain to secure its exit from the European Union and Sydney will press on with hammering out a trade deal with the EU in the meantime, Australian Trade Minister Steven Ciobo said on Tuesday.
Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull said on Monday he wanted to negotiate a "very strong" free trade agreement with Britain once it leaves the EU.
Ciobo was speaking during a visit to London.
