Tidal Trust I - SP Funds Dow Jones Global Sukuk ETF is a Shariah Compliant exchange traded fund launched and managed by Toroso Investments, LLC. It is co-managed by Shariaportfolio, Inc. The fund invests in fixed income markets of global region. It invests in U.S. dollar-denominated investment-grade sukuk with a minimum time to maturity of one year and quality rating of at least BBB- by Standard & Poor’s Financial Services LLC or Fitch Ratings, Inc. and/or at least Baa3 by Moody’s Investors Service, Inc. The fund tracks the performance of the Dow Jones Sukuk Total Return (ex-Reinvestment) Index, by employing full replication methodology. Tidal Trust I - SP Funds Dow Jones Global Sukuk ETF was formed on December 27, 2019 and is domiciled in the United States.
