The Company owns and operates Kali Tuna in the Republic of Croatia. The Company has three direct subsidiaries, Bluefin Acquisition Group Inc. (Bluefin), Baja Aqua Farms, S.A. de C.V. (Baja) and Oceanic Enterprises, Inc. (Oceanic), and four indirect subsidiaries, Kali Tuna d.o.o. (Kali Tuna), Thynnus d.o.o. (Thynnus), Bepina Komerc d.o.o. (Bepina) and At u n Oceano Pacifico S.A. de C.V. (AOP). The Company’s operations consist of the fishing (or less frequently purchasing), farming (including feeding), harvesting and sale of Bluefin Tuna.
