Quang Ninh Construction and Cement Joint Stock Company engages in the production of cement in Vietnam. Quang Ninh Construction and Cement Joint Stock Company was formerly known as Quang Ninh Construction and Cement Company and changed its name to Quang Ninh Construction and Cement Joint Stock Company in January 2005. The company was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Huong Thuy, Vietnam.
