It also offers electrical contacts for medium and high voltage applications, such as dispersion strengthened copper, eutectic brazing alloys for vacuum, copper chromium discs, cast on plugs and segments, copper chromium zirconium contacts, copper tungsten, electron-beam welding, and brazed arcing contacts. In addition, the company provides precious metal compounds, including silver oxide, silver nitrate, and silver sulphate; silver cutlery; and silver bars and coins for gifts and investments. Further, it is involved in precious metals refining and recovery, silver melting and assaying, and silver plating services; and the research and development of contact materials for special applications, as well as provision of electron beam welding services. The company was formerly known as Modison Metals Limited and changed its name to Modison Limited in July 2022. Modison Limited was founded in 1965 and is headquartered in Mumbai, India.
