Further, it offers artist, producer, and talent management; music publishing, touring, and merchandising; advertising and content solutions; event and exhibition management, and media content production services; and e-commerce services, such as technical management of websites and mobile applications, as well as brokerage, production, and distribution of artwork. The company was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Riyadh, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. MBC Group operates as a subsidiary of Al Istedamah Holding Company.
