Materials-Petroleum Joint Stock Company engages in the petroleum trading business in Vietnam. It is involved in the wholesale, retail, export, and import of gasoline, oil, grease, gas, lubricants, and other fuel products, as well as transport fuel, oil, and grease. The company also engages in the real estate, real estate brokerage, warehouse leasing, ship services, freight forwarding, and construction materials businesses; machinery and equipment for the construction, mining, and forestry sectors, as well as sanitary equipment; retail of fabric, wool, yarn, and sewing threads and other textiles; trades in computers and peripheral equipments, and air conditioning equipment; and installation of fire protection system, as well as retailing, repairing, and refurbishment of vehicles. In addition, it provides investment consultancy, post and telecommunication agency, restaurant and mobile catering, commercial advertising, inland waterway freight transport, and hostel and motels accommodation services, as well as civil and industrial construction, private construction, and structural design services for civil and industrial works; and transportation equipment and car wash services. Further, the company leases offices; sells motobikes; wholesales and retails fertilizers and chemicals; buys and sells fabrics, garments, mask, workwear, and shoes; retails leather and imitation leather goods; transports road passengers in the inner city and suburbs; and parking business. Additionally, it buys and sells electrical equipment and tools, such as transformers, electric motors, stabilizers, generators, wires, conductors, light bulbs, electrical panel, switches, fuses, and circuit breakers. Materials-Petroleum Joint Stock Company was founded in 1975 and is headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
