GT Legend Automotive Holdings, Inc., formerly Planet Nutrition, Inc., is a retailer of products and nutritional programs in the diet and nutrition industry. The Company offers a line of products from nutritional and diet products manufacturers, and laboratories. It offers nutritional supplements, such as vitamin, minerals and herbal supplements, sports nutrition products, and diet and energy products. It also offers tanning lotions, tanning beds and fitness equipment from manufacturers. The Company markets its products through partnerships with manufacturers and distributors, collaborations with fitness centers, company stores and online sales through its Website, store.planetnutritiononline.com. In May 2008, Planet Nutrition Holdings, Inc, its parent company, acquired I M & M Exercise Equipment Inc., a subsidiary of Extreme Fitness Inc. In March 2010, the Company announced the acquisition of Compassionate Therapeutic Solutions, LLC.
