In addition, it engages in residential real estate development; operation of consignment and auction sales business; and provision of customised financial solutions comprising collaterals and loans to individuals and businesses, as well as resolves non-performing loan issues within financial institutions in the field of collateralised non-performing loans and non-performing assets.
