The company holds a 100% interest in the Black Rock Canyon gold property that covers an area of approximately 3,894 acres located within the Cortez trend of the Battle Mountain-Eureka belt; and the Jumping Jack property that comprises 133 mining claims covering an area of 2,640 acres situated in the Moors Creek mining district of Nye County, Nevada. It also owns 100% interest in the Panteria property covering an area of 2,700 hectares situated southeast of Lima, Peru; and the Aspen Gold property consists of five mineral claims totaling approximately 3,000 hectares located in northern British Columbia, Canada. The company was formerly known as Gold State Resources Inc. and changed its name to International Metals Mining Corp. in October 2022. International Metals Mining Corp. is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
