As of November 5, 2024, Arctic Minerals AB (publ) was acquired by Rare Earth Energy Metals Pty Ltd, in a reverse merger transaction. Arctic Minerals AB (publ), a mineral exploration company, engages in the exploration and mining of mineral projects in Finland and Norway. It explores for gold, copper, and zinc deposits, as well as battery metals. The company holds 100% interest in the Bidjovagge gold-copper project that covers a total of 9 extraction permits totaling 7.17 square kilometers and 19 exploration permits totaling 129 square kilometers located in Finnmark, Northern Norway. It also holds a 100% interest in the Nutukka gold project covering 25 square kilometers located towards the eastern end of the Central Lapland Greenstone Belt of northern Finland. The company was formerly known as Arctic Gold AB (publ) and changed its name to Arctic Minerals AB (publ) in December 2017. Arctic Minerals AB (publ) was incorporated in 1999 and is based in Östersund, Sweden.
